Our Multi-Step Process:

1.  We Pre-Inspect all areas with you, identifying your areas of concern and formulate a plan for appropriate cleaning agents and tools.  We'll give you our best assessment of what you can expect from the cleaning and recomendations to protect your investment.

2.  Dry Soil Removal with a Powerfull Comercial Vacuum, including detail vacuuming with a crevis tool along the edges of baseboards.

3.  We Pre-Condition your carpet and allow dwell time to loosen remaining soil and spots. 

4.  Aggitation is used to work the conditioner into the carpet fibers and further loosen soil and spots.

5.  Extra attention is given to stubborn spots and stains with Specialty Spotters.

6.  Using a truck mounted hot water extraction process we flush out the conditioner and soils using a clear water rinse with a correct PH balance to leave your carpet clean and soft.  Our truck mounted hot water extraction equipment is very powerful and removes 98% of the water that is applied, additionaly for every rinse pass we make two dry passes to insure maximum moisture removal.

7.  Furniture that is moved is placed on blocks and tabs until the carpet is dry.

8.  Your carpet is Groomed to further accelerate drying, set the pile and for a more professional look.

9.  Turbo Fans are used to accelerate the drying of your carpet.  Sometimes the carpet is dry before we leave your home.

10.  We perform a final inspection with you to make sure you are completely happy with the job.
